One of the founders of the Tropical House genre, De Hofnar made his first millions of streams on SoundCloud and YouTube. His talent was quickly discovered by the fathers of dance music: Tiësto, Laidback Luke, Pete Tong and Armin van Buuren asked the Dutchman to make official remixes for them. "It's just fantastic when legends like these ask you to do remixes of their tracks. De Hofnar, which means 'court jester' in Dutch, sees himself first and foremost as someone who brings joy to people. "I believe that as DJ I am the court jester for people all over the world. That's why I live my slogan: You are the kings and queens and I am just here to entertain you." His debut album titled 'Kings and Queens' reached over 30 million streams on Spotify alone. In 2021, De Hofnar founded his own record label Sandcastle, together with Dutch label Soave.
YOTO is a Berlin-based producer and songwriter with an extensive background of work for other artists, most recently co-writing songs like "Far From Home" by Timmy Trumpet and "So Done" with Blinded Hearts. His own sound does not fit neatly into one category, as he combines his ability to write radio-ready hits with his past as a guitarist in an indie band. These different backgrounds shape the stylistically diverse sound of his releases, which are inspired by both 80s synth pop and deep house.
