Billy Reeves, also known as Future Flex, was destined since birth to be the life of the rave scene. Having shared the stage with top-tier EDM artists, such as DJ Zinc, Redlight, My Nu Leng, Sam Divine, Joel Corry, and many more, Future Flex continues to grow his following in the bass house community. To add to his resume, Future Flex has an array of hits that have been supported by the electronic figureheads of Solumun, Danny Howard, and Annie Mac. His new track “Rave Generator” is the perfect fit for warehouse parties, coming right after his memorable Boomtown 2022 set.
Sharing his thoughts on “Rave Generator”, Future Flex states, “this was a track I always wanted to take back to the roots... Old School rave stabs that take you back to the fantasia days in 1999 when music sounded euphoric and it brought everyone together in one room, one club, one pure anthem!
What inspired me to make this hitter was listening back to old rave tapes and listening to records like "Dominica-Gotta Let You Go" and thought I could make a rave stab sound like this using the Rave Generator plug-in and that's where it all started! I got to work, found the catchy melody, got some rave MCsamples from a rave tape I found online, mixed down some fat-sounding drums and the hit was made! From a floor-filling club anthem to turn-up mode in your car stereo Another Rhythm & Future Flex bring you"
From what Future Flex discusses, it is clear the “Rave Generator” is ready to be heard across the map. He has already played at massive festivals like Wildlife, Shambala, and Winter Festival in Spain, along with club sets in Ibiza and a current residency at Jungle Nightclub. These venues and Future Flex’s upcoming ones will go wild to “Rave Generator”.
