Only 25 years old, Heily Beatz has already made numerous waves throughout the underground experimental bass community. Growing up in Chicago, he developed a passion for hip-hop and electronic music. However, it was not until he launched his project seven years ago that Heily realized he could craft his own signature style that blends elements of two genres together.
Since this groundbreaking discovery, Heily has gone on to work with various Lyrical Lemonade artists and earned the lead producer and sound engineer role at the well-known 4835 Studios. Using his unique sense of imagination to his advantage, Heily has showcased his versatile sound for crowds at the House Of Blues, Metro, and Subterranean. Adding to his distinguished resume, Heily has supported R&B phenom Morgan Gold as her tour DJ and collaborated with Dead Weight, Elevatd, and others.
Via his first label-released track, "Big Moves", out on Pharaoh Phoenix, Heily has been climbing his way to the top in 2022. Following up on this sensational anthem, Heily has come together with fellow artist Randy Traps on their brand new single, "Traps". Using the two producers' production knowledge and creativity, "Traps" encompasses chilling female vocals, uplifting melodies, and grimy bass drops that will make any audience go wild.
Sharing his take on "Traps" sound design, Heily says, “the collision of tear out and calm melodies are symbolism for the rollercoaster of a complex relationship.” Fusing dynamic layers of effects, filters, and robotic frequencies, "Traps" highlights Heily's unprecedented approach to experimental bass music.
