Having exploded within the scene over the past couple of years with his viral remixes and explosive originals, juuku isn’t showing signs slowing down anytime soon. The producer and visual artist just released his debut album Warmth via Moving Castle, as well as performed his debut show in Houston, and is now gearing up for the next chapter in his career with a brand new single, titled “Icarus.”
Out independently, “Icarus” showcases juuku’s familiar explosive style, yet laces it with a fresh flair that is bound to excite fans and listeners across the globe. The track starts off slow and smooth, before transitioning into a drop filled with distorted kicks, hard-hitting snares and fast-paced arpeggios. The faceless producer released a number of NFTs accompanying his debut album, and is now continuing to push the boundaries with an impressive 53-piece NFT collection alongside the release of “Icarus.”
“I’ve been searching for a new sonic landscape to add onto my vision. I’ve pushed myself more and more every single day just to find a sonic emotion that describes me at this stage of my career. Icarus pushes these boundaries for me, and I'm able to find a new dimension to the music that has made me whole,” says the artist.
