A new 2-day festival is now happening in the states, especially in the Kansas City, Missouri area. ÜLÉ Music & Arts Festival is going down on June 24th and 25th, set to happen at Children's Mercy Park, and will feature such names as Elohim, Jai Wolf, RL Grime, Ekali, and many others.
It's a massive undertaking to try and build a festival brand, pull all the pieces together for the event to run smoothly, and so on. The producers, who also happen to be brothers, Austin Laing and Jake Laing, are up for this challenge. They've helped bring names like Post Malone to the area, having thrown successful concerts previously and to the fan's delight. Now they've setting their sights on a new challenge with ÜLÉ Music & Arts Festival.
The full lineup over 2 days will include RL Grime, Slander, Ski Mask The Slump God, Jai Wolf, Elohim, Strap Back, Broderick Jones, Lil Skies, Ekali, Sebastian Paul, Jooby Truth, and Matt Easton. There's a bit of something for all to love for those engaged with popular music culture.
The ÜLÉ Festival team hope to bring in locals as much as they can for this event, having a focus on connecting employment opportunities to those in Kansas City, bringing in vendors who are local, and so on. This idea seems to a brilliant mix to the marketing of the festival, if you can gain the support of an area on a grassroots level, you've done yourself a favor.
