TATE SEDAR has emerged as a notable figure in the electronic music scene, developing a stand-out style characterized by energetic electronic music style and creative sound design influenced by his breakbeat and garage roots. His angle secured him spots on Insomniac's roster and garnered over 5.7 million streams by the close of 2023. In 2020, he took the stage at the EDC Virtual Rave-a-Thon, where his high-energy set left a strong impression on the audience.

TATE's latest track, "OVERLOAD," harnesses the frenetic energy of recent months, weaving in breakbeat origins with thunderous basslines. Conceived during a turbulent period of technical setbacks and personal trials, the track merges electro and hip-hop elements with eerie atmospherics—an apt homage to the season's mood. Released near Halloween, it carries a brooding undercurrent that reflects TATE's affinity for interesting sounds and his exploration of diverse electronic subgenres.

Sharing the stage with acts like Dada Life on joint live sets, along with headline performances at venues like Academy LA and Avalon Hollywood, has helped him move the needle. His versatility and skill in merging breakbeat, garage, and electro influences have helped him bring a strong identity to the overall brand and vision

TATE SEDAR's journey started well before "OVERLOAD." Growing up between London and San Francisco, his enthusiasm for music flourished during his early DJ training at Point Blank Music School. Enamored by the raw, driving sounds of breakbeat and garage, he spent years amassing records and immersing himself in the underground scene.

From East London dubstep to West Coast electro, these experiences shaped TATE's artistic persona. Through these explorations, his voice as a musician crystallized, firmly grounded in the diverse cultures that fed his creative vision.
