Mark Mendy perfects pop-dance in "Carbon" with Conan Mac

"After a break up, you can burn any belonging of your ex. But you still have to figure out how to get rid of those pieces of memory stuck in the back of your mind to really get over it." says Mark.

Italian music producer and songwriter Mark Mendy breathes pop music. Starting out with several million plays on his tropical house productions, his style moved more towards pop as his audience grew. Inspired by Lauv, Maroon 5 and Jon Bellion, Mark writes and produces all his own songs to achieve a unique sound with the wide range of pop artists.

Mark's fans must be amongst the most patient in the world as he is known to only release a couple of singles each year. "Carbon", co-written and sung by UK singer-songwriter Conan Mac, is a rare earworm quality.

"Its that metaphoric moment of burning a picture and realising there's a ton of other pictures still left." Mark adds. Well, I am sure most of us have been there and Mark is absolutely right here.
